Honest 1 Auto Care

Highly recommend this place. The owners/ management are always incredibly kind, and more importantly, they run a very honest and fair business. Many garages around here will find things to charge you for that you don’t necessarily need. That has never been my experience here—they only charge you for what actually needs to be done. We Just finished another service here (1 of many) I had an engine maintenance light come on, brought it in, and they took care of the issue without charging me a fee. I was pleasantly surprised by this! This is how business should be done and why I’ll continue bringing my cars here and recommending them to others. Thanks again to the team at Honest1

Honest 1 Auto Care was able to do my emissions right away without an appt. I understand that it is better to have one, however I appreciated the fact that they did the service in my limited time witbout one. The nice lady at the front desk was surprisingly knowledgeable about automotive subjects and was very personable. They were $10 less than other places, only charging me $35. Along with my emissions check It seemed, by what was said when they were though, that they had done an over all check on my recently purchased 03 Toyota Celica GT, and reassured me that it had been maintained very well, and that it was a good investment Thank you.

I bought a car recently and had a pre purchase inspection from them. They were very thorough and reassuring. I also recently had a brake problem and needed an appointment asap… they were very kind to get me in despite the short notice. Kris was so nice and made me feel like a valued customer, not an annoyance. They run a very honest business and have great values!

I’ve been using them for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Their prices are fair, and they come across as honest and trustworthy. I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs—they recommend the work that actually needs to be done instead of trying to make extra money. They explain things clearly, do quality work, and I’ve found them to be reliable every time. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust.

Honest-1 Auto care certainly lives up to their name! We travel between MN and Provo a couple of times a year and have needed car service while in Provo. They are always good to let you know what HAS to be done and what can wait. I trust them to be honest, as their name says. I recommend them highly. On top of all of that, they are friendly and very responsive as well.
